Practical Information

Costs
Participants receive a stipend of $2700 for the three-week seminar. Housing, meals, and other expenses will be deducted from the stipend.

Location and Directions
The Bhagavad Gita: Ancient Poem, Modern Readers seminar will be held on the campus of Yale University, in the center of New Haven, CT.

Parking privileges for the three-week seminar can be arranged as needed.

Housing
Participants will be housed in single rooms in one of the Yale residential colleges.
Estimated costs for these accommodations over the three weeks are $1300.

Meals
Breakfasts and dinners will be available through the Yale dining services. Lunches will be an informal continuation of the morning seminars. Some days we will eat at the Yale dining facility, and others we will find nearby food trucks or cafes to meet our needs.

Recreational Facilities
Temporary membership in the Yale gymnasium can be arranged.
